Quick assembly without tools

Stand-ON® is a modular floor you can assemble by hand. The lightweight tiles are easy to handle, so one person can lay the floor without tools.

Simple connectionsPress the connectors into the tiles by hand to hold the floor securely together. Dismantle it without tools after the event.

Accommodate minor unevennessInterlocking triangular sections help accommodate small variations in the underlying surface for a more stable floor.

Height, weight and load capacity

Stand-ON® has a low profile: approximately 26 mm without cover plates or 30 mm with them, avoiding the height of a conventional raised platform.

Low weightEach tile weighs approximately 1.2 kg, making it easy to handle, transport and reuse.

High load capacityLoad capacity is up to 3,600 kg/m², 900 kg per tile and 0.36 kg/cm² for point loads. Check the proposed floor configuration and loading before displaying heavy exhibits.

Cable management and uneven surfaces

Conceal cables beneath larger stands while accommodating minor unevenness in the venue floor.

Concealed cable routingRoute cables beneath the floor to keep them out of sight and away from visitor walkways. Ramped edge sections have channels for larger cables.

Levelling the floorUse a wedge to address small gaps. More uneven surfaces, larger pipes or unusual cable routes need a layout designed for the installation.

Choose the right edge profile for a neat transition to the surrounding floor. Stand-ON® offers options to suit your floor covering, finish and access requirements.

Ramped edgesThese 500 × 150 mm edge sections create a gentler transition to the surrounding floor, accommodate larger cables and help improve access.

Carpet profilesFinish the sides neatly where carpet or laminate panels meet the edge of the floor.

Aluminium profilesCreate a firm, neat edge with aluminium profiles in 500, 1000 and 2000 mm lengths. Corner sets are also available.

Stand-ON uses lightweight modular tiles that connect by hand without tools. Each tile weighs approximately 1.2 kg, making assembly and transport straightforward.

Load capacity is up to 3,600 kg/m² and up to 900 kg per tile.

Interlocking triangular sections help accommodate minor unevenness, while push-fit connectors hold the tiles together.

How high is Stand-ON® flooring?

Approximately 26 mm without cover plates or 30 mm with them. The low profile avoids the height of a raised platform and keeps the display area easy to approach.

How much weight can the floor support?
